It's 220 GSM combed cotton in a regular fit, with hemmed armholes and double-needle hems, pre-shrunk to limit shrinking. It works in the gym and out of it.

Cold, inside out, in a bag, in the shade. Wash at 30°C or below on a gentle cycle, turned inside out, in a mesh wash bag. No fabric softener, no bleach, no tumble dryer. Line dry in the shade and never iron over prints or logos.
