Shipping Within Australia
We ship orders across Australia using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: 5โ8 business days (metro areas faster, regional areas may take longer).

Express Shipping: 2โ5 business days (depending on location).
- Free Shipping Threshold - Subject to change, the Minimum order Threshold spend is based on Spend after all discounts applied, and must be over this final amount at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may be subject to delays outside our control (such as weather events, postal strikes, or peak seasonal demand).
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can track your order at Australia Post Tracking.
Order Processing Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2โ3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delays and Lost Parcels
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been lodged with Australia Post, but weโll do our best to help track down delayed or missing parcels.
If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at support@strydperformance.com.au with your order number and tracking details. We will assist you in lodging an investigation with Australia Post.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
Australia Post may offer an Authority to Leave (ATL) option. If you select ATL, your parcel may be left unattended at your address. Please note that once Australia Post confirms delivery, STRYD Performance is not liable for any loss or theft of the parcel.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is not delivered, arrives damaged, or is not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
