At STRYD Performance, we want you to be 100% happy with your gear. If somethingβs not right, hereβs how returns work.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to choose a refund, replacement, or repair.

If a product has a minor fault, we may choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time. If it cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, you may choose a refund.

We cover the return shipping costs for confirmed faulty or misdescribed items.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
Change of Mind / Wrong SizeΒ 30-Day Policy
In addition to your ACL rights, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return option for Australian customers.
You may request a store credit or exchange when:

The request is lodged within 30 days of delivery

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and packaging are intact

Return shipping is covered by you (we recommend a tracked service)
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns, except as required under the ACL.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Underwear, hats and socks

Items marked FINAL SALE

Gift cards
How to Return

Email returns@strydperformance.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Weβll send you our Returns Form and return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your item, weβll process your store credit, exchange, or refund (where applicable) within 3β5 business days.
International Returns
The Australian Consumer Law applies to Australian customers. If you are returning from outside Australia, you will need to cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
